Set on the northern slope of the mountain, at Les 7 Laux – Le Pleynet, Le Sainbioz is the story of a passionate, close-knit team — the establishment welcomes skiers and visitors looking for a gourmet break, the perfect reward after a day in the mountains, for grown-ups and little ones alike.
Drawing on international experience and a passion for discovering new flavours, our chef works with local, seasonal produce to create generous, flavoursome dishes. Enjoy our 40-seat terrace with breathtaking views, or settle into our dining room for up to 100 guests.
