Through our forms (table booking, contact, event quote, Little Chef workshop, takeaway orders), we collect: name, email address, phone number, requested date and time, party size, and the content of your message or order.
Your language preference is stored locally in your browser, so the site opens in your language.
Your data is used solely to process your requests, manage bookings and orders, and send you confirmations and replies by email.
It is never sold or used for marketing purposes without your consent.
Card or PayPal payments are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal, on their secure platforms.
We never see or store your bank card details on this site.
Resend (transactional emails), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google Maps (map on the Contact page), Skaping (live webcams on the Resort page).
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data is kept only for the time needed to handle your request, then deleted or anonymised.
Order records may be retained longer where required by accounting rules.
This site sets no tracking or analytics cookies.
Only your chosen language is remembered, in your browser's local storage.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing.
